Will its socialist label be enough to unite the left and not offend the traditional right?
We will have to wait for a new government to be formed to see if it will reflect what the French expect. If this is the case, the executive will have the majority in the national assembly. Otherwise, this government could be ephemeral and make space for a more than shapeless cohabitation.
